You will need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • half tea spoon of sugar / organic cocoa sugar /agav syrup
  • pinch of salt and cinnamon
  • vanilla essence / natural vanilla beans
  • blue berries / cherries / strawberries (optional)
  • coconut oil (for cooking)

Method:

In a bowl, Mix together all the ingredients except for the berries. Mix until blended . Heat a pan instead of using butter use coconut oil. Serve with chocolate or maple syrup with blueberries on side.
