Are you in mood of some Martha Stewart weekend? How about making yourself and the family/friends some fresh crispy AND healthy waffles ? Let’s get started!
Material requirements: (for 2)
- 2 EGG
- 1/2 cup of Coconut flour
- 1 table spoon baking soda
- half a cup of warm milk
- brown/organic/ white sugar
- vanilla extracts (I prefer vanilla stick)
- 1 table spoon melted butter or for healthy option you can use coconut oil
- Waffle maker (ofcourse =P )
- choose your own toppings (It’s a free world) =P
- caramelised Bananas (optional)
Method: (Very easy)
Take a bowl. Mix coconut flour, sugar and baking soda in it. Now take another bowl. Add melted butter,egg, vanilla essence and warm milk in it. Combine the liquid mixture with the powder one and mix untill it gets a fine consistency, not too runny and not too thick. Now pre-heat your waffle iron for 5 mins. Now put some waffle batter and level it with the help of spatula so it doesn’t get thick from one side and thin from the other and wait untill it’s done. Now add your favorite toppings..Mine is blueberry jam, cream and caramelised bananas aaand ..well HELLO ! MARTHA STEWART
